1.
Oromia Rural Road Authority (ORRA) invites all eligible local
Road consultants: with pertinent registration and license form
Construction Works Sectors of the Ministry of Infrastructure valid
for 1998 fiscal year and registered for VAT, with recent Tax
Clearance form respective Inland Revenue Authority and registration
certificate form Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, for
which they are registered on suppliers list to submit the
qualification information and bid offer to undertake the
construction supervision of Cheleleka-Hardim DS8 Road
Project located in East Hararge Zone.
2. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application form
ORRA Head Office addressed below upon submission of non-refundable
fee of Birr 100 (Birr One Hundred) Only.
3. One
Original and three Photocopies of Financial Proposal (Bid Offer) and
Technical Proposal (Qualification Information) shall be produce in
different wax-sealed envelopes labeled as "ORIGINAL" and "PHOTOCOPY"
separately for both, and must be placed in the bid box along with a
bid security in an acceptable form amounting to 1% of bid offer on
or before December 16, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at the same
address below.
Bidders must meet the minimum
qualification criteria for their bid offers to be opened.
Unqualified bidders bid offer will be returned unopened to the
bidder.
4. Qualification
information will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives, who choose to attend, on December 16,
2005 at 10:30 A.M. at the same address. Bid offers of qualified
bidders will be opened in the same place after 21 days form the
opening date of Technical Proposal, i.e. on January 06, 2005 at
10:00 A.M.
