The Addis Ababa
University College of Commerce invites all interested and eligible
bidder at the level of BC 7/GC 7 for the construction of pre-fab
offices. Bidders should be registered as constructors with the
Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
Bid documents
can be obtained from the College’s Room No. 39 during office hours
upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) starting
from 4th November 2005.
Bidders shall
furnish as part of their bid, a bid bond in the amount of Birr 5,000
(Birr Five Thousand). The bid bond must be only in CPO (Cash Payment
Order) from recognized bank.
Bidders should
submit their offers, bid bond, the copies of their renewed
construction license and VAT registration Certificate for the year
1997 E.C. in a wax-sealed envelope in the College Room No. 44 on or
before 5:00 P.M. on 12 December, 2005. The construction of pre-fab
office is planned to be completed within 45 days form the signing of
the agreement. Bid documents will be opened in the presence of
interested bidders or their representatives at 10:00 A.M. on 13
December 2005 at New Auditorium of the College.
The College
reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids.
