CONTRACTS OF CATEGORY GC/BC Class 7 AND ABOVE WITH VALID LICENSE FOR
THE YEAR 1997 E.C.
1. The
Ethiopian Agricultural Research Institute invites Wax-sealed bids
form eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor, material,
equipment and service for maintenance of Laboratory at Nazareth
Research Center-Melkassa.
2. The
maintenance works shall be completed within 75 calendar days form
the commencement of the works.
3. Interested
eligible bides may obtain further information form ETHIOPIAN
AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE. Engineering service. Tel. 46 01 27,
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
4. Each
completed set of Bidding documents may be purchased by any
interested eligible upon non-refundable payment of Birr 50 (Fifty
Birr).
5. Bidders
have to be registered to collect “VAT” and copy of VAT certificate
has to be submitted attached with the application during the
purchase of bid document.
6.
All must be
accompanied by a bid security in acceptable form of 1% of the bid
amount and must be submitted to the Ethiopian Agricultural Research
Institute on the 21st days before 12:00 A.M. form the 1st
issuance date of the bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
7.
Bids will be opened on
the same date at 2:00 P.M. in the Conference Hall of the Ethiopian
Agricultural Research Institute in presence of the bidders or their
representatives.
8.
The Ethiopian Agricultural Research Institute reserves the
rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
