3. Bidders
should present a Business license valid for the year 1998 E.C. and
registration certificate for VAT.
4. Bidders
shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100
(One Hundred Birr) form the Bureau, Room No. 4.
5.
Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of not less than
2% of the total bid price in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
6. Bidders
are invited to submit financial and technical proposals enclose in a
wax-sealed envelope to the Bureau within 20 days of this
announcement.
7. The
quantity, which is not mentioned in the bid announcement, can be
found in the bid document.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence on bides or their authorized
representatives on the next working day in the dead line, at 10:30
A.M. at the Bureau.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid. |
