The Ethiopian Agricultural Research Organization (ERAO)
invites sealed bids form eligible bides for the supply of various
Laboratory Chemicals and Equipment.
2. Bidders
may obtain further information form and collect the bid document
against payment of non-refundable Birr 50 or its equivalent in a
freely convertible currency at the office of:

3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr
3,000 or its equivalent in a freely convictable currency in the form
of cash C.P.O. or letter of credit and must be delivered to the
above office on or before 10:00 A.M. local time on December 29,
2005.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 A.M. local time on the
same day December 29, 2005 at the Conference Room of the Ethiopian
Agricultural Research Organization at he above mentioned address.
5. The
Ethiopian Agricultural Research Organization reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all bids.
