2. Bidders
can obtain the tender document against payment of non-refundable
Birr 100 (One Hundred) form Dairy Development Enterprise Commercial

hours form the date of issuance of the tender in The Ethiopian
Herald.
3. Bidders
are obliged to submit the required specification given by our
enterprise in one envelope and the price in another envelope each
separately.
4. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid bond of at least 2% of the total tender
value in the form of a bank guaranteed of certified check.
5. The
closing date for the submission of tender documents shall be
December 12, 2005.
6. Bids
shall be opened officially in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on December 13, 2005 at 9:00 A.M.
7. The
Ethiopian reserves the right any or reject any or all bids without
giving any reason there of.
