1. The
Harari People National Regional State Health Bureau would like to
developed drug inventory software system for managing
pharmaceutical supplies.
2. A
complete set of the document can be purchased by interested eligible
bidder on the submission of a written application to the H/P/N/R/S.
Health Bureau Office No. 15 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 30 (Thirty Birr).
3. Bidders
may obtain further information form the H/P/N/R/S Health Bureau
Office mobile 0915-738941/0915-330096.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in acceptable (cash or
freely convertible currency) not less than 2% of the bid amount and
must be submitted on or before/time/ of bid opening December 12,
2005, 8:30 P.M. LT at the address specification No. 3 above.
5. Bid
will be opened and read in the presence or absence of bidders or
their authorized representatives are choose to attend on the some
date December 12, 2005 and after half an hour at 9:00 P.M. LT hour
in the office of Bureau Health of the Regional Health Bureau No. 08
6. The
preparation of the software shall be completed within a maximum of
60 (Sixty) calendar days form the commencement of the agreement.
7. A
firm or an organization who would like to complete for the bid
requested to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.
8. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject the bid partially or totally.
