1. The
Amhara Regional Agricultural Institute (ARARI), Bahir Dar, now
invites sealed bids form invited bidders for the supply of
furniture’s for the new Head Office Building, Guest House, Store and
Garage in Bahir Dar.
2. Interested
bidders inspect the bidding documents at the ARARI Office during
normal office hours.
3. A
complete set of inspect the bidding documents at the ARARI Office
during normal office hours.
4. Supply
in the furniture’s shall be completed within a maximum of 45
calendar days form the signature of the agreement.
5. All
bids must be submitted based on Ethiopian Birr.
6. All
bids must be accompanied y a bids security, in an acceptable form of
1% of the bid amount and must be delivered to ARARI before the
deadline.
7.
Required bid validity is 90 days.
8.
Reasonable advance payment will be treated.
9. Bidders
should be registered in the Value Added Tax form the supplier list.
10. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box provided at ARARI.
11. Bids
will be closed at 9:30 A.M. on the 21st day of this
announcement and will be opened at ARARI meeting Hall on the same
day at 4:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend.
12. Price
should include transportation and all installation work.
