1. Interested
& qualified bidders may obtain the bidding documents form ETC Head
Office during office hours at Room No. 206 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 20 (Birr Twenty only) for each tender
starting form November 24, 2005.
2. Bidders
should bring Original & one Copy of their renewed license & VAT
Registration Certificate.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid Security in the amount of
Birr 3,000 (Birr Three Thousand).
4. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a recognized Bank
5. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Finance Office before Bid opening date and show the
receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening date.
6. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box provided at ETC’s Head Office Room #112 on or before
December 14, 2005 until 11:30 P.M. and bids will be opened in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives at ETC’s
Head Office Room No. 111 according to the following.
