Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids form
eligible public, Private and Advertising Agencies who would like to
promote and advertise their products and Service on different Mobile
and Public Telephone Prepaid Voucher Cards.
1. The
tender remains floating form November 19, 2005 to December 9, 2005.
Bid document can be obtained form ETC's Head Office Room No. 207
during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00
(Birr Thirty). Bidders should submit all their relevant renewed
original license & copies when they come to obtain the bid
documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security of Birr 3,000 (Birr
Three Thousand only).
3.
The Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee form
recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our finance office before 2:00 P.M., on December 9, 2005,
and product the receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC's Head Office 1st floor Room No.
112 on or before December 9, 2005, 12:00 A.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 2:30 P.M. on December 9, 2005 at ETC's Head
Office Room No. 111.

Partial bid is not allowed
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
