For All
contractors of Category GC/BC Class 7 and above with renewed license
valid for the year 1997 E.C. and summary registrations in the Tigray
Region of Industry, Trade and Transport.
1. The
Tigray Region Health Bureau has received a grant form Global Fund
and Ireland Government for the construction work of OR Block, Septic
Tank and Sand filter at Mekelle Hospital and now invites wax-sealed
form eligible bidders for providing the necessary labour, material
and equipment for the construction and completion of the above
project in Tigray Regional State.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the
office of Tigray Regional Health Bureau and upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr) form
November 18, 2005 up to December 08, 2005. Additional set of
documents may be purchased at the same price.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information form, and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents at the above office, Tel. 04-40 02 22.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or
Bank Guarantee of 2% of the bid amount and must be submitted on or
before 12:00 A.M. December 08, 2005.
5. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same date and
place at 2:30 P.M. at the office of Tigray Region Health Bureau.
6. All
contractors must have Value Added Tax (VAT) registration
certificate.
7. The
construction of the project shall be completed within a maximum of
90 calendar days form the commencement of the work.
8. Bidders
are required to fill all the necessary detailed in the schedules.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
