House and office Furniture producers and suppliers with license
valid for the year 1997 E.C.
1. The
Tigray Region Health Bureau has received a grant from Global Fund
for health sector development program. It is intended that part
of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments
under the contract for furniture.
2.
The Health Bureau of Tigray now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supplies of furniture’s
Lot 1 16 Health Posts at Eastern
Zone
Lot 2 30 Health Posts at Central
Zone
Lot 3 15 Health Posts at Western
Zone
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect
the bidding document at the office of Health Bureau of Tigray,
Room No. 11 & 34, P.O. Box 7, Woreda Semen, Kebele 03, Tel.
441-01-02 or 441-02-22, City Mekelle, Ethiopia.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of written application starting from
November 21, 2005 up to December 20, 2005 up on payment
of a non- refundable fee or Birr 250 (Two Hundred Fifty) for
each lot.
5.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of
CPO of 1% of the bid amount. Bid validity required is ninety days.
6. Wax-sealed
bid documents (1 Original & 1 Copy) shall be delivered to
office of Tigray Region Health Bureau, Mekelle, Room Number 11 on or
before 12:00 hours December 20, 2005.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidders or representative
who choose to attend on the same date at 14:30 hours in the Office
of Tigray Region Health Bureau, Room Number 11, Woreda Semen, Kebele
03, City Mekelle, Ethiopia.
8. Winners
should deliver and assemble the furniture.

Lot 2 at Central Zone
Mereb Leke, L/Maichew, Degua Temben,
T/Maichew, Werea Leke, A/Naeder, Tanka Abergele
Lot 3 at Western Zone
Tselemti, Tsegede, Welkayt Weredas
Town within 45 calendar days after agreement is singed.
9. Suppliers
must be registered for VAT
10. Tigray
Region Health Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
