HEALTH BUREAU invites wax-sealed bids from all eligible bidders with
renewed license and registration for the year.
1997/1998 E.C.
for furnishing the necessary labor, materials equipment and services
for construction and completion of:
Bid: 1 Health
Bureau Office Construction (eligible bidders are contractors of
category BC/GC-5 and above)
Bid: 2
Expansion of Harar Nursing School (eligible bidders are contractors
of category BC/GC-6 and above)
1. A
complete set of each document can be purchased by interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the
office of H/P/N/R/S Health Bureau upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 200 for: Bid 1 and Birr
100 for Bid 2
2. Bidders
may obtain further information from Harari People National Regional

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in acceptable
(cash, or freely convertible currency) or insurance not less than 1%
of the bid amount & must be submitted on or before 2:30 P.M. (time)
of bid opening date December 12, 2005, 3:00 P.M. at the
address specified.

Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same date
December 12, 2005 and place half an hour at 9:00 P.M. hour at in the
office of Bureau Head of the Health Bureau.
5. The
Construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum 600
calendar days for Bid 1 and 150 calendar days for Bid 2
6. Bidders
are requested to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.
7.
The Bureau reserves the right to reject the bid partially or
totally.
