HEALTH BUREAU invites was sealed bids from all eligible bidders for
furnishing the necessary labour, materials, equipment and services
for construction and completion
Bid 1:
Three Incinarators at
a)
Sanba Nekersa Hospital
b)
Regional Laboratory
c)
Nursing School
Bid 2:
Dry Latrine & Inovation work at Hiwot Fana Hospital
2. A
complete set of the documents copies can be purchased by interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the
office of H/P/N/R/S HEALTH BUREAU upon payment of non-refundable fee
of Birr 100 for each bids.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from Harari People National Regional
State Health Bureau, Office No. 15, Tel. 025/666-17 33, P.O. Box 689
4. All
bids must be accompanied by an bid security, in acceptable (cash, or
freely convertible currency) or insurance not less than 1% of the
bid amount & must be submitted on or before 2:30 P.M. (time) of bid
opening date December 13, 2005 at the address specified.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives who choose to attend on the same date December 13,
2005 and place after half an hour 3:00 P.M. hour in the office of
the Bureau Head.
6. The
construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum of 120
calendar days from the commencement of the work.
7. Bidders
are requested to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.
8.
The Bureau reserves the right to reject the bid partially or
totally.
