1. The
Ethiopian Mapping Authority (EMA) invites interested and eligible
bidders for the supply of Expendable items, Computer and its
accessories (Both non-expendable and expendable parts)
2. Complete
bid documents can be obtained from the Ethiopian Mapping Authority
Room No. 13 upon submission of copies of evidence as to the renewal
of relevant licenses and registration certificate for the year 1997
E.C. (from Ministry of Finance) as well as upon payments of
non-refundable fee of Birr 30 only (Thirty Birr).
3. During
submission of bids, bidders are required to furnish 2% bid security
in the from of cash, certified cheque or C.P.O.
4. The
bid shall be closed on December 15, 2005 at 05:00 P.M. local time
and will be opened on December 16, 2005 at 09:00 A.M. local time of
EMA CONFERENCE HALL in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives.
5. EMA
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
