The Water Works
Construction Enterprise invites all interested and eligible bidders
for the supply of:
a)
Theodolites
b)
Leveling Instrument
c)
Total Station
d)
Batteries for Equipment and vehicles
1.
According, bidders are required to bid for the supply of the
above mentioned items by obtaining bid documents form Procurement
Service near Ararat Hotel or Gurd Shola during working hours against
payment of non-refundable sum of Birr 23 including VAT.
2. Bidders
or local agents should present currently renewed trade license,
receipt for the payment of Inland Revenue for the year 1997 E.C. and
VAT Registration Certificate.
3.
Items:
Mentioned in (a), (b) & (c) should
be supplied from stock within seven days.
Mentioned in (d) should be supplied
form stock or aboard with a maximum period of 30 days after receipt
of an award.
4. Bid
must be submitted in one envelope and accompanied by a bid bond, not
less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of a bank guarantee, a
CPO or certificate check only.
5. Offer
should be delivered in person to WWCE in a wax-sealed envelope with
a statement "Not to be opened before November 4, 2005" marked
on the envelope.
Bid closing date:
November 7, 2005 at 5:15 P.M. local time-for items (a), (b) & (c)
only November 15, 2005 at 9:30 A.M. local time-for item (d) only at
the WWCE Conference Hall in the presence of bidders or their
representatives.
Bid opening date:
November 8, 2005 at 9:30 A.M. local time- for item (a), (b) & (c)
only November 15, 2005 at 9:30 A.M. local time-for item (d) only at
the WWCE Conference Hall in the presence of bidders or their
representatives.

bids.
