Description

1.      The Construction Design S. Co. (CDSCo.) /hereinafter referred as the “Purchaser”/ intends to procure the following items as specified in the bidding documents.

1. Diesel Engine Pumps
2. Laboratory Equipment
3. Field test Equipment and accessories

2.      A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders form the Construction Design S. Co., P.O. Box 40036, Tel. 420607/420800, Fax 40 06 21/42 01 53 Addis Ababa, Supplies Division and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty only).

3.      Bidders may obtain additional information and acquire the biding dements at the above office.

4.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2% of the bid amount in the form of CPO or bank guarantee before December 8, 2005, 3:00 P.M. (local time) at the address below.

5.      Bids will be opened and read in the presence of bidder or their authorized representatives the same date form 3:30 (local time) at the Construction Design Share Company, 3^rd Floor Room No. 128.

6.      Bidders are required to read and confirm with all the necessary details as specified in the Instruction to bidder’s attached here with.

7.      The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
