Global Hotel
Plc. invites interested and eligible bidders to bid for the supply
of Room Linen and China ware.
1. Local
bidders or agents are required to submit copies of renewed valid
trade license, certificate form Ministry of Finance Specifying that
they have register in supplier list, VAT registration certificate
form Inland Revenue Authority.
2. Bidders
can obtain bid documents form Global Hotel 1st floor,
Finance Office, during working hours, against payment of
non-refutable Birr 25 (Twenty Five).
3. Bidders
are required to submit samples, one form each item.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount
in the form of cash or certified cheque (CPO).
5. Bidders
should submit heir offer in a wax-sealed envelope and drop the
envelope in the box arranged for this purpose, located in fort of
the Administration Office on or before 3:00 P.M. in the afternoon on
December 15, 2005.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
on December 16, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Menilik Hall of Global Hotel.
7. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information form administration
department Tel. 466 47 66 Ext. 101.
8. The
Hotel reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
