Mugher Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for the supply of Rotating Bearing Assembly
for Double Rotor Hammer Crusher.
2. Eligible
Suppliers could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of
their renewed licenses valid for the budget year against payment of
a non-refundable Birr 100 from Procurement & Supply Department,
Addis Ababa during working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. local
time.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the
form of Certified Cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be
payable on first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Procurement &
Supply Department, Addis Ababa Office on or before December 23, 2005
at 4:00 P.M. local time. Bidders should provide One Original and One
Copy of “Technical” and “Financial” documents separately for each
lot.
5. Bids
(Technical Offer) will be opened on December 24, 2005 at 10:00 A.M.
local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives.
6.
MCE reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
