H/P/N/R/S Office of Shencore Area Kebele Administration
invites wax-sealed bids from all eligible bidders for furnishing the
necessary labor, materials, equipment and service for construction
and completion of office building.

A complete set of the documents copies can be purchased by
interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written
application to the office H/P/N/R/S office of Shencore Area
Kebele Administration upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
200.
3.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in acceptable
(cash or freely convertible currency) or insurance not less than 1%
of the bid amount & must be submitted on or before 2:30 P.M. (time)
of bid opening date 15 of December 2005 at the address
specified.
5.
Bids will be
opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives who choose to attend on the same date 15 of
December 2005 and place after half an hour at 9:00 P.M.
at the office of Bureau Head of the Office of Shancore Area
Kebele Administration.
6.
The construction of the works shall be completed within a
maximum of 180 calendar days from the commencement of the
work.
7.
Bidders are requested to fill all the necessary details in
the schedules. The Bureau reserves the right to reject the bid
partially or totally.
