Tender documents are obtainable from the commercial division of the
factory during office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr
80 (Eighty) starting from the date of this notice. All bid must be
accompanied by a bid security of 1% Bid Bond before or on the
closing date in the form of a Bank Counter Guarantee from Commercial
Bank of Ethiopia or a certified payment order (CPO Cheque) or Cash
at the bidder option.
Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed and technical
specification in separate envelopes to the factory before or on
December 20, 2005, 10:00 A.M. addressed as follows:
