contracts of category GC/BC class 7 and above with license valid for
the year 1997/1998 E.C. and can present registration certificate for
construction work service from concerned organization.
1. The
ANRS Cooperative Promotion had invited wax-sealed bids
compromising of a Technical and Financial proposal form eligible
bidders for providing the necessary labour, material and equipment
for the construction and completion of Grain Sore at KOMBOLCHA
(S/WOLLO), MAHAL MEDA (N/SHOA), NEFASMEWUCHA (S/GONDER) WOLDIYA
(N/WOLLO) AND SEKOTA (WAGHIMRA)
2. Both
the pre-qualification and priced bid document mat be obtained by any
interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written
application to:

And upon payment of non-refundable
Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) to whom all inquires and correspondences
be addressed.

Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the
sum equal to 1% of the bid amount, which shall remain in forces for
90 colander days form the bid opening date and shall be in separate
envelope.
4.
Bidders are warned that they must read and comply in full
with the “INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS”
5. The
construction of works shall be completed within a maximum of 200
cal. Days form the commencement of works.
6.
All bids must be submitted based on the free market price and
current basic materials price must e attached with the bid document.
7. Both
the pre-qualification and price bid document shall be in separate
envelopes & Wax-sealed (one original & one copy).
8.
Sealed pre-qualification & priced bid documents shall be
submitted to the ANRS Cooperative Promotion in Room No. 24
on or before 14 December 2005 at 12:00 A.M. and
shall be publicly opened the same day and place at 2:00 P.M.
when the names of the bidders and the amount of their bids will be
declared. Bidders are advised to attend the opening of bids.
9. Bidders
must present certified of VAT and TIN registration
whose annual turnover is above Birr 100,000.
10. The
ANRS Cooperative Promotion reserves the right to reject any
or all bids. |
