Description

1.      The Ethiopian Government has received a loan form the international Development Association toward the cost of Public Sector Capacity Building Project (PSCAP) in which some portion of the money disbursed to the Harari People National Regional state, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan amount in nearly half a million birr.

2.      The Harari People National Regional State Education and Capacity Building Bureau now invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for Computers and Accessories.

3.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information form the Disarmament of the Public Sector Building Program of the Harari Education and Capacity Building Bureau: Ato Eskender Maftuh. E-mail: eskewlada@yahoo.com, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below.

4.      Qualification requirement include: a valid and renewed business license form the Ministry of Trade and Industry or equivalent regional bureaus, and a Value Added Tax (VAT) registration of the current year. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.

5.      A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refutable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be cash on site.

6.      Bids must be delivered to the address below. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/bidders’ representatives who choose to present in person at 2:30 P.M. on Dec. 19, 2005. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security of Birr 10,000.00 in a certified bank check (CPO).
