This Notice of Invitation to Bid is issued by Ethiopian Electric
Power Corporation (EEPCo) hereinafter refereed to as Corporation for
the supply of Auto Transformers.
The Corporation as executive agent on behalf of the Federal
Government of Ethiopia is implementing rehabilitation of High
Voltage Substation and Transmission Lines by erecting new substation
equipment, power transformers and transmission towers based on study
and program.
The Tender Document for the Supply of Auto transformers RH2-98 can
be collected against payment of 500 (Five Hundred Birr only) to the

Tender Documents shall be made available for purchase starting form
November 28, 2005 onwards.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the CIF
price and must be delivered to the address above on or before
January 26, 2006, 17:00 P.M. local time.
Offers will be opened on January 27, 2006 10:00 A.M. local time at
EEPCo, Club, Mexico Square, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Cooperation reserves the right to reject all or partially or
modify the Tender at any time before issuing the letter of
acceptance to the successful bidders.
