license valid for the year 1998 E.C.
1. The
Gambella people’s National Regional State has received a grant form
the Glimmer of Hope Foundation Ethiopia for the construction of
Three Primary Village School and Two health post to be implemented
thought ESRDF Gambella Regional Office and now invites wax-sealed
bids form eligible bidders for providing the necessary labour,
material and equipment for the construction and completion of:
i.
Badial Primary Village School
ii.
Lok Dong Primary
Village School
iii.
Palbol Primary Village
School
iv.
Lok Dong health post
v.
Bil Wang health post
2.
A completed set of bidding document may be purchased by any
interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written
application to the office of ESRDF, GAMBELLA REGIONAL OFFICE, P.O.
BOX 172, Tel. 510095 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100 (One Hundred). Additional set of documents may be purchased
at the same price effective form the date of the advertisement.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information form, and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents at the above office.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% the project cost in
an acceptable (Cash, COP or Insurance) form and must be submitted on
or before 4:00 P.M. on December 12, 2005 at the address specified
above.
5. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same date and
place at 5:00 P.M.
6. The
construction of each work shall be completed within a maximum of one
hundred twenty (120) calendar days form the commencement of the
work.
7. Bidders
are requested to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.
8.
The ESRDF Gambella Regional Office reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
