Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the Procurement of different types of spot
materials; such as overall sport wear, shoes, balls, nets, etc.
1. The
tenders remains floating from November 28, 2005 to December 15,
2005, 5:30 P.M. Bid documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office
Room No. 207 during office hours upon payment non-refundable fee of
Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed
original license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are
registered) when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security Birr 3,000 (Birr
Three Thousand).
3. The
Bid security must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC’s Head Office 3rd floor Room No. 311
before December 16, 2005, 3:30 A.M. and produce the receipt during
the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 1st floor Room No. 112 on or before
December 15, 2005, 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representative at ETC’s Herald Office Room No. 111 on December 16,
2005 at 10:00 A.M.
7. Partial
bid is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
