Agency for the Administration of Rented House invites wax-sealed
bids form eligible bidders furnishing the necessary labor,
materials, and equipment for the construction, reparation,
completion of Projects in the table below:

2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Hidar
21/1998 by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a
written application to the Construction Design Share Company (CDSCo)
and upon payment of the specified amount. Additional Sets of
Documents may be purchased each at the same price.
3.
Bidders may obtain further information form, and inspect the
acquire the bidding documents at Construction Design Share Company
(CDSCo) Road Studio Block No. 3 Tel. 442 33 64.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, 1% of the bid amount to
a maximum of Birr 100,000 or 3000 to 5000 for bid amount 40,001 upto
500,000 form recognized financial institution payable on first
demand Addressed to the employer and must be delivered to
Construction Design Share Company (CDSCo) on or before 12:00 hrs
local time.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidders or legal
representatives on Tahisas 20/1998 at 2:30 P.M. local hours at the
office of Construction Design Share Company Administration Block 3rd
Floor, Room No. 128, Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders
are instructed to submit one “ORIGINAL” and one “PHOTOCOPY” of THE
ORIGINAL bid document with all entries and TO BE SEALED UNDER
SEPARATE ENVELOPES.
7. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign
and seal all the forms of the bid documents. Failures of this
instruction is automatic rejection.
All bids must include Value Added
Tax (VAT) on the summary of price.
Bidders are strongly advised to
visit the site at their own expense.
Partial rebate, like fixed sum and
rebate on some items is not acceptable.
