1. The
Benishangul Gumuz Regional State (BGRS) Education Bureau invites
sealed bids form all eligible and experienced suppliers for the
production, supply and fixing onto the floor of four hundred
thirty-six (436) armed chairs for and at the Gilgel Beles Teachers
Education College auditorium, BGRS Metekel Zone.
2.
Interested bidders with renewed license for 1998 Ethiopian
fiscal year can obtain the bidding document form: Office No. 10,
BGRS Education Bureau, Assosa.
3. Bidders
are required to present certificate of supplies and production
registration given by the Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development, currently renewed trade license related with the bid
and support documents or tax clearance and VAT registration
certificate form respective Inland Revenue Authority.
4. Bidders
may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr).
5.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total
bid and must be delivered to the above office on or before December
21, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. only in Cash Payment (COP) form a recognised
bank.
6. Bidders
shall submit their offer in wax-sealed envelope bearing “Supply
and fixing onto the floor of four hundred thirty-six (436) armed
chairs for and at the Gilgel Beles Teachers Education College
auditorium” and “Not to be Opened before December 21, 2005,
2:30 P.M.”
7. Bids
will be opened on December 21, 2005 at 2:30 P.M. at Office No. 10,
BGRS-Education Bureau, Assosa in the presence of the bidders or
their legal representatives.
8. The
Benishangul Gumuz Regional State Education Bureau reserves the right
to accept or reject any or all bids.
