Re-Invitation
1. The
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) re-invites eligible bidders for
the supply of Various Furniture & Fittings such as Executive
Swivel Armchair, Executive Desk with Fixed Desk Pad, Managerial
Swivel Armchair, Senior Officer Swivel Armchair, Clerical Swivel
Armchairs, Typist Chair, Guest Chair with and without Armrest, Coat
Hanger, Ledger Trolley for CA and for S/A, Computer Stand, Swivel
Teller Stool with Back rest, Filing Cabinets with 2 and 4 drawers,
Lateral Filing cabinet with 4 Shelves, Fireproof Cabinet with 2
Drawers, Library Card Cabinet with 10 Drawers, Medium Level
Conference Table, Wall unit Shelf for Conference table, Wall Unit
Shelf for Conference, Low Back Swivel Chair for Conference,
Executive Secretarial Desk, PC Table, Double Face Work Station Table
and Executive Secretarial Chair and Various IT Equipment
for Branch Rollout Project such as Passbook Printers, Line
Printers, 2 KVA UPS, Rack Cabinets and Cisco Catalyst, Multi-layer
Switch, Laptop Computers and Router.
2. Bidders
who can produce renewed Trade License (Original and Copy),
registration certificate form Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development and VAT registration certificate form the concerned
organ & may obtain the bid documents form the CBE's Supplies
Division office located at Gofa Sefer Branch Building (in front of
Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise) 3rd floor office
against non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (Hundred) for each.
3.
Bidders shall submit and deposit their sealed bid
proposals (technical & financial separately) into the bid box
placed at the same office indicated above before the closing time.
4. Bid
proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of Birr
20,000 (Twenty Thousand) for Furniture & Fittings and 15, 000
(Fifteen Thousand) for IT Equipment representatively
in the form of Bank guarantee or CPO or certificate cheques only.
5. Bid
closing date shall be on December 22, 2005 at 9:00 A.M.
and will be opened on the same date at 9:15 A.M. in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives at the
office of the CBE's Supplies Division indicated under item No. 2
herein above.
6. No
bid shall be accepted after the deadline.
