RE-TENDER
The Federal Micro and Small Enterprise Development Agency invites
all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid to
perform the supply of equipment and chemical’s electroplating plant:
1. Bidders
are required to submit currently renewed trade license in related
field, certificate of registration given by the Ministry of Finance,
and Economic Development and registration certificate for VAT.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested
bidders form the Agency Supply Service office against payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 10,000 (Ten Thousand
Birr) in the form of a bank guarantee or Cashiers Payment Order
(C.P.O.). Bid bond in any other form shall not be acceptable.
4. Wax-sealed
envelope as per the detail in the bidding document should be in a
tender box prepared for this purpose on or before 10:00 A.M. local
time on December 16, 2005 at the Agency shop and display Room.
5. Bid
will be opened on December 16, 2005 at 10:15 A.M. local time in the
presence of bidders or their official representatives at the Agency
business management-training hall.
The Agency reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
