1. Mugher
Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid
for the bid for the supply of Tyres for off highway Komatsu Dump
Truck.
2. Eligible
interested bidders could obtain tender documents by presenting a
copy of their renewed licenses valid for the budget year against
payment of a non-refundable Birr 50 from Procurement & Supply
Department, Addis Ababa during working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30
P.M. local time.
3.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid
amount in the form of Certified Cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which
will be payable on first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Procurement &
Supply Department, Addis Ababa Office on or before January 13, 2006,
4:00 P.M. local time. Bidders should provide One Original and Two
Copies of “Technical” and “Financial” documents separately.
5. Bids
(Technical Offer) will be opened on January 14, 2006 at 10:00 A.M.
local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives.
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
