1. The
Harari People National Regional State Education and Capacity
Building Bureau now invites all eligible constructors shall be in
the category of GC/BC-7 and above registered with the Ministry of
Infrastructure a license valid for the year and a local bidders,
required to the Value Added Tax (VAT) registration under contract
for the construction of expansion for Kelad Ambea Weldeya primary
school.
2. Bidding
document can be purchased form Education and Capacity Building,
Bureau, Planning and Programming Service, Room No. 11, P.O. Box
144, Tel. 025-666 16 89, Fax 025 66 23 85, Harar, for a
non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr).
3.
Interested eligible bidders can obtain further information
form the above address.
4. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening day and
all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the Total
bid price as a certificate check (CPO)
5. Sealed
bids shall be delivered to the above address office on or before
2:30 P.M. on 30th of November 2005.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend at 3:30 P.M. on 30th
of November 2005 at the Head of the Education and Capacity
Building Bureau Room No. 3.
7. The
construction work shall be completed with a maximum of 150 calendar
days form the commencement of the work.
8. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
