The Ministry of
Education invites all eligible bidders interested in the provision
of procurement Consultancy Services for goods to be procured
internationally.
1.
Bidders are required to present trade license valid for 1997
E.C. Registration Certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development, supporting letter from Inland Revenue Authority and
registration certificate for VAT.
2.
Interested bidders can collect complete bid documents as of
November 3, 2005 G.C. against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
250 (Two Hundred Fifty Birr) from office number 32 of the old
building of the Ministry of Education, Arat Kilo, Addis Ababa during
working hours.
3. Bids
must be accompanied with Birr 7000 (Seven Thousand Birr) bid bond by
CPO or certified check or guarantee from a bank.
4. Bids
should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the address
indicated above under 2 on or before December 2, 2005 G.C., 10:00
o’clock.
5. Bids
will be opened on December 2, 2005 G.C. at 10:00 o’clock in Office
number 32 in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives
6. MoE
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without
giving any reason thereof.
