1.
The Tigray Regional Micro and Small Enterprises, Trade and
Industry Development office now invites sealed bids for consultancy
service on the identification of project ideas and preparation of
profiles on agro-processing firms.
2. Interested
bidders may get the bidding documents, upon payment of 50 ETB from
the client’s office as well as from Federal Micro and Small
Enterprises Development Agency Addis Ababa starting from the 1st
issuance of this notice during the official working hours upon
presentation of Registration Certificate of Finance and Economic
Development, Trade license renewed for FY 1997 Ethiopian Calendar,
VAT registration Certificate if possible and tax clearance
certificate, Originals with one copy each.
3. This
IFB is open to all interested bidders regardless of their
nationality and the bidders qualification shall be determined
pursuant to the provisions set in the bidding document.
4. The
bid document should be prepared in English Language. The proposals
for Financial and Technical offer documents should be provided
separately being specified “Tender No. 2 TRMSETID-1998/2005
Technical proposal” and Tender No. TRMSETID-1998/2005 Financial
Proposal.
5. Bids
must be delivered to our office on or before 5 December 2005, 9:30
A.M. local time and must be accompanied by a security of Birr 3,000
(Three Thousand Birr) in the form of Certified, Cheque, or Bank
guarantee.
6. Bids
received by the said deadline will be publicly opened in the
presence of bidders or their representatives at 10:00 A.M. on the
same date, Mekelle.
7. Bidders
are required to submit their offer only in Birr currency.
8. TRMSETIDO
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
