Tender document
will be available on sale from 05.11.05 to 18.11.05
Interested
parties may purchase the tender documents from, IRCON International
Ltd at House No. 772, Code 1250, Bole Sub City, Kebele 01, Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia (Tel. +251-11-618 04 06) on cash payment or by
furnishing a Demand Draft/CPO of USD 10/- or Birr
100/-(non-refundable) in favour of IRCON International Ltd., payable
at Addis Ababa. The tender document shall be sold only to the
persons authorized in writing by the firm/company.
The essential
qualifying criterion for the bidders is as follows:
The bidder
should be a manufacturer of Asphalt Distributor (Chassis) who can
provide after sales & service facility in Ethiopia.
OR
The bidder
should be an authorized supplier/dealer of complete Asphalt
Distributor in Ethiopia. The bidder should have valid TIN /VAT/ TAX
Registration Numbers. All other relevant information would be
available in the tender documents.
Sealed bids
should be submitted latest by 14:00 hrs on 19.11.05 at the office of
AGM, IRCON International Ltd at House No. 772, Code 1250, Bole Sub
City, Kebele 01, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The bids shall
be opened at 14:30 hours on the same day. The bidders are permitted
to attend tender opening.
Cost of bid
Security is US$ 185/-OR Birr 1,600/- Offers received without bid
security are liable to be rejected.
