Interested
parties may purchase the tender documents from, IRCON
International Ltd at House No. 772, Code 250, Bole Sub City,
Kebele 01, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Tel. +251-11-618 84 57) on
cash payment or by furnishing a Demand Draft/CPO of Birr
100/-(non-refundable) in favour of IRCON International Ltd., payable
at Addis Ababa. The tender document shall be sold only to the
persons authorized in writing by the firm/company.
The essential
qualifying criterion for the bidders is as follows:
The bidder
should be a manufacturer of Light Motor Vehicles having authorized
after sales & service facility in Ethiopia.
OR
The bidder
should be an authorized dealer/supplier of Light Motor Vehicles
having its service center in Ethiopia. Certificate from original
manufacturer regarding the authorization to be submitted by the
dealer/supplier with the bid.
The bidder
should have valid TIN and VAT registration numbers. All other
relevant information would be available in the tender documents.
Sealed bids
should be submitted latest by 16:00 hrs on 19.11.05 at the office of
AGM, IRCON International Ltd at House No. 772, Code 1250, Bole Sub
City, Kebele 01, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The bids shall
be opened at 16:30 hours on the same day.
The bidders are
permitted to attend tender opening.
Offers received
without bid security are liable to be rejected.
