Ethiopian Radio
& ETV Agency, Ethiopian Television invites interested
eligible bidders to bid for the supply of 1. TV Relay &
Electronics Equipment 2. TV-production equipment with Accessories
1. Local
bidders or agents must produce their evidence of currency renewed
license that they have paid up all government taxes, Certificate
form Ministry of Finance Specifying that they have registered in
suppliers list, VAT registration certificate form Inland Revenue
Authority and performance certificate and experience in similar
work.
2. Bids
should be submitted along with a bid bond amounting at Birr 43,000
(Forty Three Thousand) issued in favor of Ethiopian Television by
first class Bank in the form of certificate Bank check or Bank
Guarantee.

Bidders can obtain bid documents form Ethiopian Radio and
Television Agency, Ethiopian Television, 12th Floor, Room
No. 1214 during Office hours against payment of non-refundable for
each lot Birr 50.00 /Fifty/.
4. Bidders
should mail their Technical & Financial Proposal in two separated
wax-sealed envelopes to Ethiopian Radio and Television Agency,
Ethiopian Television, P.O. Box 5544, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia or place
in the tender box reserved for this purpose on or before December
16, 2005 at 10:00 A.M.
5. The
Bidder shall submit his bid bond & the necessary documents that are
mentioned in item No. 1 together with the Technical proposal.
6. Any
bidders that would not fulfill all the mentioned conditions shall be
rejected.
7. Bidders
should note that the financial proposal will not be opened on the
bid opening date.
8. Tender
envelope would be marked "Bid for the supply of 1. TV
Production-equipment with Accessories 2. VV Relay & Electronic
Equipment for T/No. 08/98. Bids shall be opened on December 16, 2005
at 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives at Ethiopian Radio & Television Building in Studio B
Hall.
