1. Mugher
Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid
for the supply of;
- Cutting
Tools, Measuring Devices & Machine Parts (Lot 1)
- Hexagonal
bolt with nut, Cylindrical counter sunk bolt with nut,
Hexagonal Nuts ,& washer ( Lot 2)
2.
Eligible Supplier could obtain tender documents by presenting
a copy of their Renewed licenses valid for the budget year against
payment of a non- refundable Birr 30 from procurement & supply
Department, Addis Ababa during working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30
P.M. local time.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2 % in the form of
Certified Check, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-
Sealed bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE
Procurement & supply Department, Addis Ababa Office on or before
December 09, 2005 at 4:00 P.M. local time. Bidders should provided
One Original and Two Copies of "Technical" and "Financial" Documents
separately.
5. Bids
(Technical Offer) will be opened on December 10, 2005 at 10:00 A.M.
local time in the presence of Bidders or their authorized
representatives
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids
