1. The Ethiopian Civil Service
College (ECSC) invites all Consulting Architects and Engineers
Category 3 (Three) and above having;
2. Trade license and consultancy
service certificate valid for 1997 Ethiopian Calendar,
3. Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development’s registration,
4. VAT registration to conduct
consultancy service for the propose services of:
a) Guest House Building –G+2
b) Staff Residence Building –G+3
c) Office and Training Rooms
Building =G+4, and
d) Short-term trainees Dormitory
–G+4
Required
Service:- Design, Supervision and Contract Administration.
5.
Bidders can obtain the RFP document from the College’s
Tender Committee Office, 1st Floor, Room No. 212 as of
November 7, 2005. (Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m.-12 noon and
2:00- 5:00 P.M.) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Ethiopian Birr 250 (Birr Two Hundred Fifty).
6. Proposals
should be submitted to the College’s Tender Committee Office, 1st
Floor, Room No. 212, on or before 2:00 P.M. (local time) on December
7, 2005.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders and/or their
representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2:30
P.M. (local time) December 7, 2005.
8. All
rights to accept or reject any or all bids are reserved.
