1. The
Ethiopian Drug Administration & Control Authority is seeking for a
consultancy service for the development of a master plan for the
Ethiopian Pharmaceutical sector to meet the goals of the National
Drug Policy (NDP) that will be implemented over a period of five
years.
2. This
Master plan will as an input for the implementation of the Health
Sector Development Programme III (HSDP III) and is expected to
explicitly indicate the objectives, activities, outputs, budget,
time frame as well as the responsible body for each component of the
National Drug Policy.
3. The
Ethiopian Drug Administration & Control Authority now invites
eligible Consultants (International as well as national) to express
their interested for developing the Pharmaceutical Sector Master
Plan.
4.
Interested Consultants
must provide information indicating that they are qualified to
perform the service by submitting appropriate documents (Previous
experience in similar assignments, CVs of appropriate skilled staff,
company profile etc…).Which is open for all countries.

Interested Consultants
may obtain further information from the Planning & Drug Information
Establishment and Distribution Department (Room No. 40) of the
Ethiopian Drug Administration and Control Authority during office
hours whose address is indicated below.
6. Expression
of interest together with relevant documents in duplicate copies
must be delivered to the address below not later than 30 days from
the first publishing date of this invitation on The Ethiopian Herald
& Other well known newspaper.
7. Short
listed Consultants after the end of bidding will be invited to
submit their proposals for development of the Pharmaceutical Sector
Master Plan.
