The Upper Awash
Agro Industry Enterprise (UAAIE) invites interested and eligible
bidders to bid for the supply of:
11200
Quintals of different types of Potassium Fertilizers.
Interested
eligible bidders who have registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and
renewed their Trade license for the year 1998 E.C. may obtain the
bidding documents from UAAIE’s co-ordination office, Kirkos Kifle
Ketema, Kebele 03, House No. 0031 (behind Global Hotel) during
office hours upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (Birr Hundred).
Bidders shall
furnish as par of their bid, bid security in an amount Equivalent to
2% of the aggregate price. The bid bond must be payable to UPPER
AWASH AGRO INDUSTRY ENTERPRISE in CPO or Bank
guarantee.
The tender
remains floating up to December 10, 2005.
Bidders should
submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope to UAAIE co-ordination
office Kirkos Kifle Ketema Kebele 03 House No. 003 before or on
December 10, 2005 up to 2:30 A.M. local time.
Bids received
in time and fulfilling the required formalities will be opened in
the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at 3:00
A.M. local time on December 10, 2005 at UAAIE’s co-ordination office
in Addis Ababa.
UAAIE reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
