1. MIDROC
Construction Ethiopia invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
the supply of Door Locks required at FPCHQ Project.
2. A
set of bidding documents can be obtained form Procurements and
Logistics Directorate, Room No. 33, MIDROC Construction, Tel. +251 1
510899, Fax 251 1 52244 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
50.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by bid security (Bid Bond) in the amount of 2%
of the bid price in a form of CPO or bank guarantee form a
recognized bank/insurance/acceptable to the buyer. The bid bond
shall be valid for 120 days.
4. Bids
must be submitted in sealed envelopes in two copies, one original
and one copy as per the instruction to bidders, which must bear the
name and address of the bidder and be clearly marked "Bid for the
supply of door locks delivered by hand or by courier and addressed

3:00 P.M. local time on November 3, 2005.

6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized

7. MIDROC
Construction Ethiopia PLC reserves the right to reject or accept any
or bids in full or in part and shall not be liable for any damages
in connection with such rejection.
