Description

1. The Oromia Water Resources Bureau (OWRB) has secured a budget form Oromia National Regional State for the construction of Spring Sources in rural water supply projects located in 10 Zones of the Region.

2. The Bureau now invites eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labour, equipment and services for the construction and completion of rural water supply projects that indicated in the table below.

3. Interested eligible bidders of CATEGORY GC-6 and above may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Office, Bole Road, 4^th floor, Room No. 404, Procurement and Property Administration Service. Tel. No. 011 5 50 96 22, Fax 011 5 51 77 56, Finfinne.

4. Complete set of biding documents may be purchased by interested bidders may presentation of renewed relevant license for 1997/98 Work Permit form Ministry of Water Resources (MoWR), VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN) together with WRITTEN APPLICATION to the above Office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three Hundred) only.

5. Bids shall be valid for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by security of not less than 1% of Contract price and shall be delivered to our Bureau, Bole Road, Room No. 404, on or before 08^th November 2005 at 12:00 A.M.

6. Bids shall be opened on the 08^th November 2005 at 02:00 P.M. at the Bureau's Assembly Hall. at the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend.

7. The Oromia Water Resources Bureau reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all of the bids.
