Description

1.      Oromia Water Resources Bureau would like to purchase STATIONERIES form local suppliers/traders for its Bureau.

2.      Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate for the supply of these materials to be purchased in local currency.

3.      Bidders may obtain further information from our Bole Road Office, 4^th  floor, Room No. 404, Procurement  & Property Administration Service, Tel  011 5 50 96 22, Fax 011 5 51 77 56, Addis Ababa.

4.      A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by an interested eligible bidders on the submission of a WRITTEN APPLICATION together with renewed 1997/8 Relevant License, Registration Card issued form Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, VAT Registration and Tax Identification Number (TIN) to the above office and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr only).

5.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 1% of the total price in the form of C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee of and must be delivered to the above office on or before 28^th October 2005 at 12:00 A.M.

6.      Bids will be opened at 02:00 P.M. on the 28^th October 2005 at the above office in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

7.     The Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
