Materials Production & Distribution Enterprise /EMPDE/ invites
eligible Consultants to submit their sealed bids for a Feasibility
Study on the Expansion and/or Modernization of the Printing Plant.
Interested
bidders, upon presentation of:
1. Ministry
of Finance & Economic Development's registration certificate.
2. Trade
License & Consultancy Certificate Valid for the current year 1998

3. VAT
Registration Certificate can obtain the bidding document form the
Head Office Room No. 29 which is on the way to Gurd Shola near ILRI
against payment of non-refundable Birr 115 (One Hundred Fifteen
Birr) after VAT
Bids should be submitted to EMPDE
Room No. 37 on or before November 22, 2005 till 9:30 A.M. along with
2% bid bond in the form of C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee. Bids will be
opened on the same date at 10:00 A.M. in Room 82.
EMPDE reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
