Municipality invites sealed bids form legal and eligible bidders for
the Fabrication and Supply of Traffic Road Signs and Supports
Eligible
criteria:
All interested
bidders must:
1. Be
Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Workshops and Technocrats.
2.
Bidders should present VAT registration certificate and have
current TAX paid up trade license.
3. Bidders
should obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 100 form Mekelle Municipality Office No. 27 starting form the
announcement date of this bid.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 1% of the
bid amount. The bid security shall be payable on demand to the
employer, and must be submitted form any legally registered Bank in
the form of Certificate Payment Order (C.P.O.). Bid validity
required is 45 calendar days.
5. The
Closing and Opening date of the bid will be on November 4, 2005 at
10:00 A.M. and at 10:30 A.M. receptively.
6. Wax-sealed
bid proposals "COPY" & "ORIGINAL" respectively sealed and labeled
properly shall be delivered to the time date specified below.
7. The
Bid will be opened in the presence of bidder or their
representatives who may attend on the specified date and time at the
municipality office Number 32.
8. The
work shall be completed within 60 calendar days form the date of
commencement.
9.
Mekelle Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all
bids, to waive informalities, to advertise for new bids or to
proceed and do the service otherwise as may be for its best
interest.
