The Ethiopian
Civil Aviation Authority /ECAA/, invites interested bidders to
participate in providing Spare Parts for Vehicles.
Interested
bidders can collect details of the bid document, from ECAA, Head
Office Room No. 20 during working hours by paying a non-refundable
sum of Birr 50 commencing from the announcement of this notice up to
November 9, 2005. Bidders should submit their offer in wax-sealed
envelope and deposit in the box provided at ECAA head office Room
No. 15, on or before the bid closing date. Bids must be accompanied
by a security of 5,000 Birr in the form of CPO or Band guarantee.
Bids will be
opened in the presence of bidders and/or their official
representatives who wish to attend, on November 9, 2005 at 3:00 P.M.
(local time).
The Authority reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
