1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise invites eligible & capable contractor
GC 5/BC 5 or above to participate in the bid to supply & install
Guard booths & metal barriers at the premises of Addis Ababa Bole
International new terminal Building.
2. Bidders
are required to submit renewed legal licenses or the current year,
recommendation from Inland Revenue Authority or any other authorized
Bureau & VAT registration certificate as appropriate.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders from EAE head office (Bole Airport Terminal 1) Room No. 11
upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr100 (One Hundred Birr).
4. An
original & copy of the Qualification & Financial offers Sealed in a
Separate envelope should be delivered to the EAE Purchasing &
Logistics Administration department on or before November 9, 2005 at
4:30 P.M. late bids will be rejected.
5. Bids
shall be opened in the same office at 10:00 A.M. on November 10,
2005 in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
6. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 10,000 (Ten
Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O. sealed in a separate envelope.
7. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise has the right to reject any or all
bids.
