1. Kokeb
Flour and Pasta Factory (KFPF) hereby invite eligible bidders for
the supply of various spare parts for flour and pasta factories.
2. Bid
document can be obtained from Commercial division of the Factory
against payment of non-refundable Birr 50.
3. Bidders
should submit their technical specification and offer in Two
separate wax-sealed envelopes:
Technical specification before
21/11/2005 or on 21/11/2005, 3:30 P.M.
The offer before 28/11/2005 or on
28/11/2005, 2:00 P.M.
4. Bid
document shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives on 28/11/2005, 2:15 P.M.
5. Bid
must be accompanied with bid bond of 2% of the total FOB price in
the form of C.P.O. bank guarantee or cash.
6. KFPF
reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
