Description

The Transport Authority (TA) invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for the supply of Audio visual materials with accessories for Drivers and Mechanics Training Center.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information form and inspect the bidding document at the office of Transport Authority Room 404, 4^th floor, Addis Ababa.

A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by eligible bidders to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.

All bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of bids amount and must be delivered to the above office on or before the 25^th day of the first appearance of this public notice at 10:00 A.M. Bid bond accompanied by bid security shall be rejected.

Eligible bidders are required to submit renewed legal license for the current year, Registration Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate as appropriate.

All litterateurs and other documents pertaining to the submission of bid shall be in English language.

Bidders are mandatory to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.

The bid will be closed at 25^th day of the announcement at 10:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who prefer to attend at the Transport Authority head office, 5^th floor Room No. 516.

The TA reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
